Copyright free music for Twitch
Copyright free music for Twitch covers a creator stream. Put the license in the About panel, and email if a VOD is muted.

Copyright free music for Twitch is covered: live creator streams, including Just Chatting, games, and IRL, may use an Arctaholic track. The license says so. You do not need an account on this site, and you do not owe a royalty.
What “allowed” does not control
Twitch scans VODs with its own audio tools. A scan can mute a VOD even when you had permission. Arctaholic does not operate that scanner and cannot promise a VOD will stay unmuted. If a VOD is muted on a stream that followed the license, email the VOD URL and the track name to arctaholic@gmail.com.
Do not run the channel as a radio. A stream that is only the songs, back to back, is a music re-upload. That is outside the license. Read can I reupload.
A practical setup
Use the track for an intro, a break, or a hype stretch, not under four hours of talk. These are vocal songs. They fight a voiceover. See music under a voiceover.
Credit is optional. If you add it, put the credit line in the About panel or the stream description. Pick the song from the songs page.
The same rules apply on Kick and YouTube Live.
Copyright free music for Twitch without turning the stream into a radio
Copyright free music for Twitch fails when the song runs for the whole broadcast. Use it to open, to bridge a break, and to score a moment when you are quiet. When you talk, the vocal comes out. Bind that to a hotkey so you are not hunting the fader mid-sentence. A stream that is only the catalog, back to back, is a music upload. The license does not cover a radio.
Write the track names in the stream title or the About panel if you credit. Viewers who arrive from a raid do not read a paragraph. One line per song is the whole credit. Update it when you change songs, or drop the credit. A stale credit for a song you are not playing helps nobody.
VODs are where surprises show up. Twitch says a DMCA notice can still arrive on licensed music when the notice is wrong or the license does not cover that use, and a counter-notice is a legal step, not a button to mash. Their DMCA and copyright FAQ is the platform’s own description of that split. For an Arctaholic track used as this license allows, email the VOD URL and the track name to arctaholic@gmail.com before you file anything.
Do not play the stream in a bar, a gym floor, or a Discord stage and call it the same permission. Those rooms are not the stream. The stream is the thing the license names.
Set the hotkey before the stream, not during it. One key starts the track at the chorus, one key cuts it. Put the license URL in the About panel while the stream is offline, so you are not editing panels in front of a raid. After you end, open the VOD and skip to the places you played the song. If the VOD muted those minutes, send that VOD link, not the live URL that no longer plays. Name the track. Keep streaming the next day on the same rules. A mute is not a reason to switch to a commercial playlist you do not have a license for.
Questions
Will this stop a Twitch DMCA strike?
It stops Arctaholic from being the one who files against a licensed stream. It does not control a mute from Twitch’s scanner or a notice from a third party. Report those to the email above.
Can I play the songs in a Discord stage or a club?
The license is for streams, videos, and podcasts you publish. A public venue is a different use. Ask first at arctaholic@gmail.com.
