License

Tracks published by Arctaholic on https://arctaholic.com and on the Arctaholic YouTube channel are free for you to use in your own videos, streams, and podcasts, including monetized ones. No payment, no account, no sign-up.

Allowed

• YouTube videos, Shorts, Twitch and other livestreams, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook videos.
• Podcast intros, outros, and background music.
• Monetized content on any of the above. You keep your ad revenue.
• Cutting a track to fit your edit (trimming for length or censoring).

Not allowed

• Re-uploading a track on its own: no music-only videos, lyric videos, visualisers, or radio-style channels.
• Selling, re-uploading, or redistributing a track by itself, including to Spotify, Apple Music, or sample packs.
• Remixing, sampling, or making derivative works from a track.
• Saying Arctaholic made, endorsed, or appears in your video, or using the music in hateful, illegal, sexually explicit, or deceptive content.
• Using a track to train an AI music model or other generative AI.

Credit (optional)

Credit is not required, but it is appreciated. A line that works, pasted into your video description:

Music: [Song Title] by Arctaholic
[YouTube link to the track]

Replace [Song Title] and the link with the track you used. Find every track on the songs page.

Claims

Arctaholic will not claim a track against your video. If you do get a Content ID claim or a muted VOD on a video that follows this license, email arctaholic@gmail.com with your video URL and the track name, and it will be cleared.

Limits

This page is a permission from Arctaholic to use its tracks. It is not a statement that no copyright exists, it is not legal advice, and it is not a promise about a third-party claim. Arctaholic can update this license; the version on this page applies from its effective date. Games, films, TV, and advertising outside creator platforms need a separate written permission: arctaholic@gmail.com.
